BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 was the first S-Tier LAN event of the new competitive Counter-Strike 2 season, with the Playoffs Stage taking place at the BLAST Arena Studios in Attard, Malta. It was a fantastic showcase of Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports, and possibly a hint towards frontrunners this season.

During the online portion, we saw upsets aplenty, with favorites such as Team Falcons, Team Vitality, and FURIA failing to punch their tickets to Malta.

In the BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2's single-elimination bracket Playoffs Stage, favorites Team Spirit took charge early on, with Danil "donk" Kryshkovets on frightening, record-breaking form. Team Spirit made quick work of Team Liquid in the Quarterfinals, winning 2-0 with 13-7 on Dust2 and 13-5 on Anubis.

In the Semifinals against FaZe Clan, Team Spirit won the first map, Dust2, with a 13-6 score. FaZe Clan pushed back with a 13-9 win on Cache, before Team Spirit closed out the series 2-1 with a narrow 13-11 win on Anubis.

On the other side of the bracket, MOUZ faced 3DMax in the Quarterfinals. 3DMax went up 1-0 with a solid 13-10 win on Dust2. MOUZ mounted an incredible comeback, winning Nuke 22-18 during overtime, and then smashing 3DMax 13-3 on Inferno to move on to the Semifinals.

In the Semifinals, Astralis won the first map, Ancient, with a dominating 13-6 score against MOUZ. MOUZ pulled off yet another reverse-sweep comeback, winning Mirage 13-9 and Dust2 13-9 for a match score of 2-1, thereby earning a spot in the Grand Final.

In the BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 Grand Final, MOUZ took charge, winning the first two maps against Team Spirit, with a 13-8 score on Dust2 and a 13-4 on Mirage. Team Spirit clawed one back, winning Ancient 13-9, before MOUZ stopped them in their tracks on Nuke with a 13-10 win.

With the surprising 3-1 win, MOUZ are your BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 champions, earning a $226,563 Player Share of the dynamic prize pool, plus a $40,000 Club Share. Israeli rifler Lotan "Spinx" Giladi picked up his career-first MVP award for a big event. Congratulations!
