The Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) regional standings leading up to the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) 2026 Paris Major have been finalized, as the RLCS 2026 SSA Open 6 event came to a conclusion on 19 April 2026. Here's how things went down.

Five Fears wins RLCS 2026 SSA Open 6

After the exciting Swiss and Group stages, the final eight teams were decided. At the RLCS 2026 SSA Open 6, teams competed for their share of the $32,100 prize pool (roughly R525,000) and a bunch of RLCS points that would determine which team represents the region at the Paris Major.

Frontrunners Five Fears wasted no time destroying BTF Esports with a clean 4-0 win, and went on to narrowly beat rivals Pioneers with a 4-3 victory that went down to the wire.

In the RLCS 2026 SSA Open 6 Grand Final, it was Five Fears who came out on top, beating BTF Esports with a 4-1 scoreline to claim the first-place prize.

With the win, Five Fears is firmly on top of the RLCS 2026 SSA regional leaderboards and has thereby secured its spot at the Paris Major. Yes, they have 58 RLCS 2026 SSA points, and the 2nd-place team, Pioneers, only has 32.
